The recruitment of Lower Division Clerks-LDC is done through the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission.

The minimum eligible age to apply for the exam is 18 years.
The maximum age limit for the exam is as follows:

For general category-27 years.
For OBC- 30 years.
For SC/ST-32 years.

To be eligible, you must have qualified +2 level of exam from a recognized board.
