How to fill the online application form of Staff Selection Commission Multi Tasking Staff (SSC MTS)?

I have a doubt that, I want to fill the form Staff Selection Commission Multi Tasking Staff (SSC MTS) examination. I filled the first page and on submitting it showing an error that "MY REGISTRATION NUMBER IS ALREADY EXIST". What might be the reason for this? What should I do now?
