Your rank in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is 4998 in OBC category, you have good chances of getting admission in government college for MBBS course. You need to participate in counselling process of NEET.

You may not be able to get admission in All India quota seats but you will definitely get admission in rest 85% state quota seats. Counselling for both are conducted separately. If you are qualified in All India quota seats then you can participate in it otherwise apply for state quota counselling.
