You can apply for the profile of HR Manger in public/private firms. Management Trainee profile in firms like CIL or HAL can be selected. Specialist Officer/ Management Trainee profile in banks are also suitable for you. State PSC often recruits candidates to the role of Personnel Manager in government departments. You can log in to the web portals of SSC, UPSC, PSC, IBPS, and can apply for matching jobs.
