I Divya Thakur applied for entrance exam uget 2011. Application number is AU1602087 but i have received hall ticket to appear exam please inform me how to get hall ticket where from i have to get

My daughter has taken manipal uget exam 2011 on wed. till date we have not received any message, email,letters etc.
kindly intimate at the earliest? can we take the bank receipt to the exam hall?
