How to give IAS exam from combined medical science? I am doing BSc Nursing
i m doing bsc nursing and i want to give ias exam from combined medical science can i give this, bcz i came to know that this can only given by who passed mbbs
so i want some conclusion about this bcz i want to give ias exam |

Hai,
IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service. IAS exam conducted once in a year by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission). The eligibility and other details are given below. Eligibility criteria:- Candidate should be complete graduation in any discipline or any equivalent degree from a recognised university. Final year appearing students can also be eligible. Percentage is not a matter to apply this examination. The candidate must be an Indian origin. Age criteria:- The age limits are 21 to 30 years, 3 years upper age relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Selection process:- Civil Services Preliminary examination, Civil Services Mains examination, Personal Interview. Number attempts per a candidates:- 4 times for General category candidates, 7 times for OBC category candidates, No limit for SC/ST category candidates. Best books for IAS exam:- IAS Prelims/CSAT Civil services, 18 Years general studies topic wise solved papers, Published by:- Disha publications, The pearson CSAT Manual 2013, civil services aptitude test for the UPSC Preliminary exam, Published by:- Pearson, UPSC Portal CSAT general studies, Published by:- Jha, IAS (Pre) solved papers general studies, published by:- Expert Compilations. Yes you can eligible to write the IAS exam because required qualification to write this exam is graduation from a recognized university of india in any stream
This exam is conducted by the UPSC once a year.
