How many attempts are allowed for UPSC examination in lifetime?

Its almost 3 years since I completed my graduation. Can I still apply for the UPSC examination? What is the age limitation? Any relaxation for any caste category? How many attempts are allowed in a life time?

Civil Service Examination is conducted by UPSC. The examination is conducted for recruitment as an I.A.S, I.P.S etc.

There are 6 attempts to appear for general candidates and for OBC it is 9 attempts.

Examination is conducted in three stages. For more information about the examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in.
