Your question is incomplete you need to be more precise. Moreover, fees depend on which college you want to take admission in, which you have not mentioned. Government colleges have different fees structure and private colleges have different fees structure.

A lot depend on the kind of infrastructure and the campus facilities the college/university have, on deciding upon the fees for any degree course.
