How much importance is given to English Language in JPSC exam?

i am belong from bengali medium,i have little poor in english language.How much importants of english language in jpsc examination.

can i give one optinal paper in hindi and another in english please reply me thank you.

As far as I know you can use any one of the languages.You can't use both of them together.Koi 1 bhasha achhe se padh lo aur usme hi exam do. Best of Luck.

Could u plz tell me "Law" subject can be taken for UPSC or any PCS exams and How is the ratio of success in "Law" subject for the preparation of these above said exam?
