If I got 80 marks in EMCET and IP 552 - OC should I get MBBS seat ?

i got 95% in intermediat and 35991 rank in eamcet and category is oc so can get seat in mbbs

si i got 100 marks in eamcet.. N rank is 6024 n local rank is 384 N ipe 92% can i get free seat in mmbs
