I am studying intermediate second year. To join in Jntu Kakinada, how much rank should i get in Eamcet exam? To be noted that my category is SC.

EAMCET stands for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test. It is a state level entrance examination conducted by JNTUH & JNTUK for offering admission in Undergraduate course in Professional colleges in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Candidates who have qualified 12th standard or an Intermediate course with PCM/ PCB stream subjects from a Government recognised board are eligible to appear in EAMCET examination. The minimum marks required to qualify EAMCET examination is 40 marks.

To get admission in JNTU Kakinada, you have to secure less than 5000 rank in EAMCET examination. You have to participate in counselling process according to your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in JNTUK if you are eligible according to your EAMCET examination rank.
