How much time does EIILM University, Sikkim takes to issue original mark sheet?


Hello Sir, I am Parshotam from Punjab district Hoshiarpu. I have completed my M.Sc Chemistry from EIILM UNIVERSITY SIKKIM IN 2011. I RECEIVED PROVISIONAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE. BUT I DON'T RECEIVED ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE. I WANTED THIS AND VERIFY THE DEGREE CERTIFICATE. SO, PLEASE TELL ME THE PROCEDURE OF VERIFYING THE CERTIFICATE? AND, WHEN WOULD I'LL BE GETTING MY ORIGINAL MARK SHEET?
