The syllabus is of general physics taking subjects from chapters of mechanics,thermodynamics,optics,electronics etc.
csir takes for JRFpost,physics correspondent.

CSIR only needs masters qualified students, you can apply.

the best way for the preparation for the exam is to solve the previous year question papers and some model question papers......by doing that you will get an rough idea about the question paper patter and you can also estimate the time require by you for solving the paper.....

so just solve as many as you can and give the exam very well.........
