The examination of FCI, for recruitment in assistant grade III, is conducted for the following categories:
General
Technical
Accounts
Depot

The common syllabus for all the category's comprise of the following subject area:
General Intelligence
General Awareness
Quantitative Aptitude
English Language

Paper II is prescribed for General, Accounts and Depot section and it comprise of the following subject area:
Quantitative Methods
English Language & Comprehension

Paper III is prescribed for Technical section and it comprise of the following subject area:
Botany, Zoology, Bio-technology, Bio-chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science and Technology, Agriculture and Agricultural Engineering.
