How to prepare for IIT JAM for M.Sc Microbiology?


I am the student of B.Sc Microbiology and I want to prepare for IIT JAM for M.Sc Microbiology. So, how should I prepare for it? What is the syllabus and exam pattern? Can I get any guide books online?
