To prepare for SBI CLERK general knowledge is easy, just go through the daily newspapers and news to be aware of the current affairs.

-> Buy some General Knowledge books which talks about the history of India and the information. There is no prescribed book for general knowledge you can buy any book for preparing GK, there are N number of books available in the market.

This is one area where questions can be asked in any area including finance, current affairs, history etc. You need to well updated in all areas. Reading editorials and news papers is a must. You must make sure that you are well read in current affairs section. There are several books like Manorama Year Book.

The General knowledge mostly comes from history,current affairs,politics and finance .
So go for any short upkar's or arianth's general knowledge book .
