No, you are not eligible join C.I.D after 10+2 educational qualification. As to join C.I.D you need to qualify in SSC CGL examination.
SSC CGL examination is conducted by SSC every year and required eligibility to appear for examination is candidates must have passed graduation or in the final year. Candidates age must be between 19-25 years with 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST. So, you need to qualify in entrance examination for final selection in the job.
