In order to become an RTO you need to first attend PSC exam conducted in each state. Being an engineering graduate, you can apply for Assistant Engineering post. Maximum age limit for this is 34 years. This exam is generally held in May. You should also be fluent with the local language of the state which you belong to. If you are able to clear this exam, you will have to attend personal interview also. You can download model question papers from official site and also get sample question papers from other standard books too.
