How to submit the consent for CTET if received an appointment link by CBSE?


I have received 2 SMS saying that CBSE would like to appoint me as an observer for CTET exam. However when I try to login using the given user name and password followed by a code that appears. After typing it and clicking it shows an error so I am not able to submit my consent. Please let me know how to proceed.
