I have failed in English and Chemistry in 12th Board exams under Jharkhand Board of Education. Can I give supplementary exam of these two subjects in this year only so as to save 1 year? Do I need to apply to school or to the Board directly?

Yes, you can give supplementary exam for two subjects in Jharkhand Board. You can apply from school as well as regional Board office as per your convenience.
Admit Card releases in February 2019.
