Syllabus of IBPS HR Specialist Officer--
Reasoning:- It consists of verbal and non-verbal test comprising blood relation test, number series, problem solving, figure problems, alpha-numeric relation test, syllogism, coded relationships, coded inequalities may be asked in the examination. Numerical Abilities:- It cover number system, number series, percentage, profit and loss, simple and compound interest, time and distance, time and work, average, age calculation. English Language:- This section cover Passage Test, Cloze Test, Rearrange either the sentences or the words, error detection, Idioms and Phrases, fill in the blanks, spelling error, one word substitution, phrasal verbs. General Awareness:- In this section questions will be framed on International and National Events, Sports, Awards and Prizes, questions relating to Games and sports, Economic Terms and Current Economic Developments, Questions pertaining to important Personalities, Books and Author etc. Computer Awareness:- Questions will be based on basic computer awareness. Basic terms and definitions, questions relating to computer hardware, software, MS Office, Internet, Networking, e commerce, computer threads like virus, malware, spyware etc and any other current development in the field of computer technology. Professional Knowledge section for HR Officer :-- Principles of Management, Manufacturing Analysis, Production Management and Material Management, Marketing Management and Sales Promotion Marketing, Research Methodology and Marketing Research, Export Management, International Marketing and Export Promotion, Human Resource and Personnel Management, Financial Management and Project Management, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Business Law, Company Law, Industrial Law, Office Management. |

please do not misguide HR aspirants by writing wrong syllabus....in HR officer post the syllabus is only for HR included not Marketting or finance realted.....it si ssame as NET....so all who want to check the HR officer syllabus can read syllabus OF hr which include like, HR history, recruitment, planning of manpower, HR process, HR models, staffing, different techniques in HR, motivation, etc...if anyone want to more description then mail me on sorensen780@gmail.com
