Food Dairy & Food Microbiology are the specializations of food technology.

Eligibility
- You must have passed (10+2) in science stream with physics , chemistry and maths as a compulsory subjects.
- You also require to appear the entrance exam JEE Main.

Food Dairy VS Food Microbiology
Food Dairy : It covers study of process , storage , packaging , distribution , transportation of dairy food products.
Food Microbiology : It covers study of microorganisms that inhabit , create or contaminate food including study of microorganisms causing food spoilage.
