what are the job opportunities in research for fresher E&C engineer?

hello friend ........
there are many job opportunities for the e&c engineer both in the private and the public sector.........
for in the private like many of the it companies like tcs , infosys, wipro, ibm, and the public sector like the bsnl, bharat electronics, isro ,drdo and many more........
and even you can do research in the govt firms like that of the isro , drdo, and many more........

Research opportunities are available after B.Tech,but if you clear GATE it will be helpful to get into it.CSIR give the opportunity to GATE qualified students to pursuing PhD through JRS,SRF.CSIR publish advertisement in April or May each year.

BARC also provide an opportunity through OCES/DGFS (recently publish the advertisement visit fresher world/employment news 15-22jan 2011 issue).You will get details.
