I think you are eligible to apply under physically chalenged category.

However, to have to suffer problem at the medical fitness test.

it was conducted on 31 of December of 2009.If you have missed it ,you can also apply for iy in the next year that 2010.

The entrance exam is more or less conducted on the same date ,so go for it

to knoe about last date to apply for group 2 u must follows newspaper regularly.from where u can get a lot of in formation. and also u may take tnpsc related magazine where u get ur information.
