The last date for CS registration for december exam was 31 march. You can just get yourself registered for upcoming june exams.

you should have to fill Application Form. The Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained by Cash Payment of Rs200/- or by Post/Courier: DD/PO of Rs250/- drawn in favour of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” payable at New Delhi.
