Sir, I have 93% in 10th, 76% in 12th and 60% in B.Tech. Now, I am afraid that companies will choose me or not and I have done my B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE). I have deep programming skills, but less aggregated in B.Tech. In which all IT companies can I apply for jobs? I am looking for jobs in cities like Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore.

Since, you have secured 60% or 60%+ in 10th, 12th and graduation (B.Tech), so you are eligible for jobs in numerous IT companies including MNCs like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, IBM, etc.

Most of the MNCs in India follow triple 60 (at least 60% in 10th, 12th and B.Tech) criteria for hiring of employees. Since, you have secured at least 60% all three formats. So, you follow triple 60 criteria.
