List of universities/colleges offering PhD in Nigeria and admission procedure?


I hold a Masters degree in Rural Development (M.Sc) from a Federal University of Technology, Nigeria. My CGPA is 3.71 on 5.0 Grade. Am I eligible to apply for PhD programme? If yes, then how am I going to apply? And, when will the next academic season commences? And, which subject would be best for PhD? Also, let me know from where can I do PhD in Nigeria.
