i have given gate 2010 but I'm disqualify from it and i want to do mtech this year but I'm not appearing it this time. will able to do mtech in 2011?

hi..
if you are age is below 30 years you can give the gate exam,as there is no limit for number of attempts,
but you would not be able to give the gate 2011 exam because the last date for applying is over and also the exam is scheduled on February 11th,
you would be able to give the gate 2012 if you are still below 30 years of age by then

Well when you want to do M.tech depends totally on you.. yes you can appear next year
provided you do not cross the age limit of 30 years for general category
subject to relaxations a/c the schedule if you are a reservd category student

For mtech in 2011 in good institute one should qualify the gate exam,it is for iit nit and government colleges one should have a valid gate score.

But without appearing gate one can do mtech in private colleges.
so u can apply for any private institution.

hello,

yes, you are definetly eligible for doing m.tech this year but some colleges may keep you an exam based on gate pattern and if you qualify that exam then your eligible for doing m.tech.
even you wrote exam in 2010 you are eligible for doing m.tech only in some colleges.

yes you can apply individually to the institution were M.tech course should organised.

not necessary only GATE qualify student do M.tech there is also correspondence course facility provided by various institution in India also in abroad.
so don't mind u have to search institute and go to take the admission

ya of course there many colleges which offer courses in M.Tech u can approach them if capable management seat is our option
and there are my different universities conduct there own exams
and PG-CET in andhra pradesh fill some seat in M.Tech

i hope u can get answer for question

GATE is the one with which you can get M.Tech done in number of good colleges..if you get a good score...but since you haven't filled the form this time...so you can apply in other universities which have their own examinations..
like JNU is going to have entrance test of its own n its forms are available from today itself..
other than that you can go for colleges like VITEEE, DCE, IP University...you can check their websites and apply for entrance tests...

yes u can give another gate exam.
there is no limits to appear in gate exam.

Hi,

Definitely, you can do M.Tech in 2011. But, it will be difficult for you to get good colleges.
See, i ll give you some idea, You can write TANCET exam, where you can get many good colleges in Tamil Nadu. Similarly, there are many seperate exams for each state.
Try out for those exam.
