Dear Sir, I appeared in Inter 1st year exam 2019 & got 95 marks in English, if I go for betterment for English & get lesser marks than in previous (say 93) which marks will Board consider & disclose in Marks sheet & vice versa?

According to the rules the board will consider the marks of your betterment as the final result be it less than the previous marks that you have obtained
The previous score will not be considered
Betterment is an opportunity for the students to score some good marks if they have scored less in the previous exams and if yo apply for it the betterment mrks will only be your final score

Aa per board point of view , improvement marks conducted so that the student gets better marks in their persentile.
As per the rule ,for betterment or improvement,best if two marks would be consider,let's say earlier scored marks was 95 and after betterment marks is 92,then best if two 95 marks would be consider in the marksheet.
