No, mathematics is not compulsory for Chartered Accountancy however not taking the subject in 10 + 2 will only add up the level of toughness as it is an integral part of all the practical papers.
Therefore, It is necessary that candidate must have a basic idea of mathematics.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue the CA course without having mathematics in std 12th.

The required qualification to pursue the course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board.

Since, you do not have studied Mathematics in std 12th, you will have to do hard work to qualify in the paper.

CA ( Chartered Accountancy ) course is a professional degree course which comprises of three stages which are (i) CA Foundation (ii) CA IPCC ( Integrated Professional Competence Course (iii) CA final stage course.

Further, the minimum education required to appear in CPT ( Common Proficiency Test ) for getting enrolled to CA foundation course is simply a Class 12th in any discipline from a recognized board of examination. There is no compulsion of Mathematics or any other subject in Class 12th to apply for CPT.

So, having completed your Class 12th even without having Mathematics, you are eligible for apply for CPT.
