Now in 2019-2020 there is two types of math for board that is basic and standard. I want to know that which math is required to take PCB in class eleventh? How many marks should be in math in class tenth in CBSE board and which type of math that will be basic or standard?

In order to pursue your Class 11th with PCB subject combination, you can go either of the two Mathematics paper options available i.e; Mathematics Basic or Mathematics Standard.

But, once you opt for Mathematics Basic paper, you will not be allowed to opt for Mathematics as your main subject for your Class 11th.

For your knowledge, I would like to let you know that the Mathematics basic paper difficulty level will be slightly lower than that of Mathematics standard.
