There are two courses which can be done after completing your class 10 educations related to medical branch are :-

1. ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery).
2. Pathological Lab Technician.

Eligibility required to take admission in the above two listed courses is :-

• Candidates must be passed in class 10 from a recognized board and should have studied at least five subjects including English and Science.
• Candidates minimum marks in class 10 should be 45%.

These are the Diploma courses and its maximum duration will be 1 year.After completing your Intermediate course with Biology stream you will get preference for taking admission in B.sc Nursing course/B.sc in Life Science/Home Science course.After completing your Intermediate course you can also apply for CBSE NEET Exam for taking admission in M.B.B.S/B.D.S Course.

After completing your ANM/Pathological Technician Course you will able to get jobs in reputed medical clinics/Hospitals and you will able to work as :-

1. Certified Nursing Assistant.
2. Healthcare Nurse.
3. Infection Control Nurse.
4. ICU Nurse.
5. Pathological Laboratory In charge.
6. Blood Bank Technician.

No,you will not be able to do any medical course without passing 12th class.To do the medical course after 10th first you need to opt the BIPC medical course in 12th and after qualify the 12th in this course you need to appear for any medical entrance exam to get admission into the medical colleges.After qualifying the medical entrance exam then you are eligible to do the medical course.
So,I suggest you that first complete your 12th with good percentage and then appear for the medical ewntrance exam then you can do the medical courses.

First of all nice to see that you are interest and sure about that what you want to be in future, its nice but checking your question logically it doesn't make sense. As you have completed your 12th standard with PCM(Physics,Chemistry,Maths), you are not able to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the course.

Basic Eligibility criteria for Medical Entrances :------------

1. Biology(in 12th standard) is the basic subject for Medical entrances.
2. Age limit lies between 18-25 years.

As according to above criteria, you can understand why you are not able to apply for Entrances.

But don't worry dear there is further a hope for you and that is you have to reappear in 12th standard, I mean to say that you can apply for 12th again from any school whichever you want with basic streams as Physics, Biology and any optional subject.

Further from this prepare for the Entrance exams of Medical Fields and get achieve your goal to be an Doctor.

1. AIPMT

2. NEET

3. PMT

Is the Bio-Tech has equal scope as B-Tech and after getting this degree we can able to get good job placement as in B-Tech

After matriculation you cannot explore much opportunities in medical field but their are some certification courses students may find interesting:

1]Medical Laboratory Technology


2]Radiology Assistant

3]Certificate in ECG Assistant

4]Certificate in Medical Laboratory Assistant


The courses may lasts 6 to 12 months in institution.
Student will get admitted either directly or on merit list basic , to most deserving candidate.
