I'm in 12th standard and I wish to join Air Force in the Accounts and Finance department. Is there any opportunity for Commerce student to get in Accounting and Finance branch just after 12th? Or, do I need to study further for higher courses?

##Accountant Post in India Navy and Air Force:

i) The applicants must be between the 20 to 23 years

ii)Qualified with minimum 60 percent aggregate score in graduation or
B.com.

iii)To join the Air Force, the graduate is required to clear AFCAT (Air Force
Common Admission Test) or appear for CDS (Combined Defence
Services) test conducted by UPSC, two times in a year.

iv)Those who have cleared the CDS test are eligible to join as an accountant
with the India Navy and Air Force.

v)Apart from meeting the above criteria, the applicants are required to be at
least 157 centimetres in height and

vi) certified physically and mentally fit for the role.

##Aspirants performance is based on

a) written test,
b)interview rounds and
c) medical tests
