I had Mathematics, Economics, Statistics as elective subjects. English, Punjabi was compulsory in Punjab university. I did B.Ed in Mathematics and Economics also cleared CTET of Math's and Science group. Am I eligible for TGT SST if I do MA in Economics?

Yes, you will be eligible to became a teacher in government schools of social science.

As per the eligibility, you must have economics, political science or geography etc any subject that comes under social science will work.
