Sir, I'm having a eye sight of -1.25 and 0.75. Am I eligible for RRB ALP or not? Weather if I had done laser treatment then will I be eligible for RRB ALP? What should be my standard eye sight?

At the time of initial medical examination for Assistant Loco Pilot, and for which standard of medical fitness is A-1, one should have a clear vision of 6/6 6/6 without glasses with fog test (must not accept +2D).

Distance Vision
6/6 without glasses without fogging test

Near Vision
0.6/0.6 without glasses and must pass tests colour vision
