I am doing b.tech in Information technology . Afetr b.tech can I do m.tech in aerospace engg. or can I go into isro or deep space network India . If yes then plz guide me . thanx

For admission into M.Tech in aerospace engineering:

you should have a bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Civil Engineering and Naval Architecture.

So i regret that you are not eligible for M.Tech in Aerospace as you have done B.Tech in IT.

I think you can do your Mtech & then apply to ISRO as you will be more experienced. By doing Mtech , you can have better job oppurtunities.You can also study a lot about areospace.

yes friend you can get into Isro by giving exam conducted by them.
if you will be among top rankers ISRO will directly take you.

information technology students are not eligiable for mtech in Aerospace Engineering.as well as generally ISRO do not take IT student as a scientist...

After BTech in IT you can't do MTech in Aerospace Engineering because for doing masters in some field one must be graduated from some relevant field.
In your case it is somewhat impossible to for masters in aerospace.
But, it doesn't mean that you are out of the ISRO world and you can't get a chance to get into that field.
If you are very good in your subject and you do higher studies from a reputed university in your own subject then you can get a chance to get into ISRO.
There are posts for IT professionals in this field also and there is very bright future in it.
The only one suggestion is that if you are interested in this field just because you are willing to get a chance to get into space then let me tell you very clearly that 1 in 1000 aerospace engineers gets such a chance.
So, you must focus on your goal and do work more than your dream only then you can get into these fields.

if you write gate esam in aerospace engineering and score good marks then you can try for m.tech in aerospace engineering from iit

I am sorry to say but you can not do MTech in aerospace engineering.

The eligibility condition for doing M.Tech in aerospace engineering in IITs and other engineering colleges in India is as follows:

Candidate must have undergraduate degree (BE/B.Tech) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Civil Engineering and Naval Architecture in order to be eligible to apply for M.Tech. course in Aerospace Engineering.

First class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in Bachelor's degree in other branches of Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or allied branches) are eligible for admission to specific specializations of Aerospace Engineering, if they have valid GATE score

Hey amit as i am also from cse stream and doing m tech of course you can go for m tech in aerospace and you will have better job in ISRO but for that after m tech also you need to crack exam of isro and apart from that you may also go in research field doing phd .

As to join M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering a candidate must have a B.Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical, Civil or in Naval Architecture. Candidates with any other B.Tech degree are not qualified to join in this course. With a B.Tech in IT you are not eligible to apply for this course.

Mtech in Aerospace Engineering after Btech in Information Technology would be really difficult to do as you should have a mechanical base or aerospace in the b tech then only you could nr understanding properly ......
so according to me you should not do Mtech in Aerospace Engineering after Btech in Information Technology........

after B.Tech in information technology it is not possible to do M.Tech in aerospace engineering. to do M.Tech in aerospace engineering you must have B.Tech in either aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering.

but if you want to join in ISRO then you may join as in IT engineer. may be the post of IT engineer in ISRO is limited till there are few post for IT engineer. you may try for it. but for this you should have more higher qualification. so you should do M.Tech in information technology then join in ISRO.

sorry but you are not eligible for m.tech in aerospace engg because for this you have to appear for gate (aero,mech) exam
but don't worry some seats are reserve for IT & CSE students in ISRO so check the website for latest jobs opening.

I admire your interest,
but still due to eligibility criteria,It is hindering your success.
because to get admissions in M.tech in aerospace you must be aerospace graduate from recognized colleges.(AICTE OR other reputed universities.)
Even mechanical, civil and naval architecture are also eligible for M.tech course in aero space engineering.
For admitting your self a guy must be having 60% in graduate with above named stream (any).
suggestions:-
you are having I.T as a graduation degree. Its better to join any MNC company rather than searching for aerospace engineering.

sir,i am suman from kolkata.. i am doing B.Tech from INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT in IT.. i got 74.64% in class 10 exam. but unfortunately in 10 2 i got 50.9%. i can not give the joint entrance exam due to my bad result. therefore i did diploma engineering in computer science & technology.. now i am doing B.Tech in IT.. My college gives so many placement to get a job.. but i heard that there are some requirement..the main requirement goes to the result of 10 2, minimum of 60%.. i am not soo good student. my percentage in sem exam 74%.. is there any opportunity to get a good job (any MNC) ?? if not then how could i improve my self either working or some other degree??
