Mysore Hindi Prachar Prishad & Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Saba are recognized by UGC or not?


I have completed HINDI RATHNA from Mysore Hindi Prachar Parishad and SHIKSHA SNATHAK from Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha. Are these organizations or institutions recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE? Can I do M.A based on Hindi Rathna? Can I do M.Ed based on Shiksha Snathak?
