My PCB aggregate percent is 50% and overall is 52%. Can I apply for NEET? Will I face any problem in taking admission in college through NEET? Further, I'm reading in newspaper that from now NEET will be conducted twice a year. Please, update me on this the current scenario of it.

The matter of conducting NEET-UG twice in a year is still under consideration.
No decisions have been taken yet regarding this matter by Ministry of Human Resource Department.

Starting with your 1st question, for NEET one need to have a minimum of 50% aggregate in PCB in 12th standard. So, yes you can apply.

To your 2nd question, NEET scoring does not take into account your 12th standard marks. Your 12th marks is only needed during application form fillup.

For your 3rd question, yes, NEET is going to be conducted twice a year from 2019, in february and may for academic sessions beginning in august of that year. So a candidate can choose either of the months to attempt the test or can choose to repeat the test if the previous score did not come satisfactorily.
