NIOS syllabus for class 12 is much similar to CBSE syllabus of class 12. So, you will not get benefitted in the syllabus point of view. But, I will suggest you to opt for NIOS board because if you failed in CBSE class 12 , you will have to study class 12 under NIOS board. Hence, there is no fair of fail in this board. If you study with a good attention, you will easily get passed. And, NIOS certificate is valuable in all platforms.
