Paramedical Council registration procedure, charges and its validity period?


Sir, I have completed my Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) from NIMS Paramedical College in the year 2018. Now, how can I apply for the registration in all India Paramedical Council? Which all documents would be required and what is the registration charges? Will it be valid for lifetime or I would have to renew every year?
