Well friend,
i am attaching some of group II papers, which gonna help you, 2007 paper is in Tamil you need to have adequate knowledge of Tamil , if you are preparing for TNPSC exams. For preparation you need to more focus on each and every topics which comes under the syllabus.Even you can join coaching clasess for the same, but to crack TNPSC its more than enough if you study in your own.
