I had attached some sample and previous year papers of syntel.so download it and prepare accordingly.

The pattern consist of 3 sections:

1. Aptitude(general) test
2. HR Interview
3. Technical Interview

Past Papers of Syntel

I have attached a few past papers of Syntel with this post..

Just go through them and you will have a good knowledge about the pattern and the level of the questions asked in the exam..

Since Syntel is an IT company so better to have some knowledge of a computer language like C,C++,JAVA,etc..
