i tell you what were the questions asked to me in my HR interview:

1)tell me about yourself
2)tell me about your family background
3)tell me your positive and weak points
4)why do you want to join our company
5)do you want do go for higher studies.

one very interesting question is
"WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?"

some asked question of HR are -

How many types of organization data? Atos-Origin 1 ?

requirement is to create a badi for xd02 initial screen .how to search foe it. CTS 1 ?

what is difference between update and modify ?

the folloeing question can be asked
tell me abut your self?
why you chose this company?
why i will hire you?
what is background?
your weakness and strength?
etc............

1.were do you see yourself after 5 years from now?
2.why dont you join you fathers company?
3.why do you come to our company?
4.who is your role model?
5.sell yourself to me?
