Possibility to change college in 3rd year both colleges affiliated to JNTUH?


I'm now in 2nd year student in Balaji Institute of Technology and Science, Warangal. I wanted to change my college to Sri Chaithanya Engineering College, Karimnagar. Both the colleges are affiliated with JNTUH. Can I change my college in 3rd year? Is it possible under any circumstances?
