Possibility to change engineering branch from Mechanical to Production?

Hi, can I change my branch in engineering as Production Engineering after completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering? Will it be a good choice? What is the scope of Production Engineering?

In recent years, production engineering has gained a lot of job opportunities with more industries being set up, Make in India programme etc.

It is possible for diploma candidate to change stream in bachelor's degree in technology. Diploma candidates can apply for Lateral Entry Entrance Test. To apply for LEET, you need to have minimum of 60% marks.

Depending upon your rank in LEET, you can get admission in desired college and stream.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
