I had to discontinued my Diploma course in 3rd year for my health problems. Can I continue the same 3rd year from any another college now? Is there any provision to do so?

No, you can’t complete final year of Diploma from another college. You have to pursue complete three years Diploma course from the same college. None of the colleges allows you to take admission in third year directly in their college. So, I suggest you to pursue your final year of Diploma course from your present college instead of taking admission in another college.
