Possibility to do B.Sc Nautical Science after distance learning program Diploma in Nautical Science from TOLANI?


I want to confirm/know if anybody is aware about following:

- dose anybody know about Diploma Nautical Science (distance learning program)?

- is it possible to apply or appear for B.Sc Nautical Science exam or course on the basis of above said Diploma?

- if so will that degree be graduate level and will that be considered valid by any major institutes?

- is there any way to appear for B.Sc Nautical Science course/exam with the Master Mariners Licences issued by GOVT OF INDIA?
