Hi, by mistake I did wrong signature in the application form for NCHMCT. Will my form be rejected? Is there any way to make correction and submit fresh application form?

As per the instructions mentioned on the application form, you would need to enter all your details correctly and clearly.
It is also to check the details correctly before submitting the application form.

No request of change, correction or modification will be considered later on. Moreover, your application could be rejected at any stage if anything is found wrong at any stage.

Your application will be rejected if your signature do not match with the one submitted in application form and other documents.. There is no provision to re-apply or change or correct anything.
