Possibility to renew the MCM Scholarship having a backlog?
Can I apply for MERIT-CUM-MEANS SCHOLARSHIP (MCM) renewal in third year (semester 5th) if I unfortunately got a backlog in semester 4th?

No , you will not be able to fetch a scholarship as you have a backlog in your exam as, this will affect you must first clear your backlog and then you must apply again for the scholarship program
