Possibility to secure CEC Group in Graduation for Intermediate MEC student?

Respected Sir/Madam, I want to change my group after completing my Intermediate. I have taken and studying MEC group. But after completing my Intermediate, I want to take CEC in Graduation. So, is it possible for me?
